Enjoy The Futureheads week?
I thought it was a fucking blast; starting with a healthy stroll through the band's excellent, and in some cases underrated back catalogue, and culminating in a mind blowing performance at The Gloucester Guildhall on Friday.
Anyway, I find it to be so much fun that I've decided to do it every week, taking a different band each time. So if you hated the bombardment of reviews and bum dribble pouring from the screen, then...tough! Sucks to be who?......sucks to be you!
In honour of the release of their arguably disappointing 'Night Train Ep', this week will feature the otherwise glorious work of that superb song writing group, and piano pop dreamers, Keane.
If you read my previous review, or heard the recent Ep; I encourage you to do what I did and Put It Behind You (oh yeah, that's right) and re-embrace the fine body of work that the boys have beautifully crafted over the past 6 years, and only then will Your Eyes Open (hehe, I'm on fire).
So, once again, join me in celebrating another great band this week, and I guarantee that as you listen to Keane's past albums Again And Again (sorry), you will feel your day getting slightly better, and your heart warming.
Over to Keane................
